“Zindagi badi honi chahiye babumoshai, lambi nai”.
Don’t you think that it’s always the little things that matter? We often question ourselves “why am I like this?” You do everything for everybody. You change for them and you forget yourself completely. Do you think you deserve that? Life is too short, we don’t even know what will happen the next moment.
Do you remember the phrase “best out of waste?” Which was taught in our school? We used to make things our of crap, in a similar way, that life is shit too, but make the best out of it. We often expect people to behave as we do with them but that’s not the case buddy. You just give everything completely, why do you even want anything back?
We always think “I have taken my time out of my busy schedule and I have been with him through his thick and thin, and now, don’t I deserve the support? ” Come on buddy why do you need external support when you have your own hands and legs. Before expecting something from people, ask yourself Am I worth being a best friend? Am I trustworthy? Am I the person who can give moral support? If you think you are not good at any of these cases mentioned above then you need to change yourself first. When you are not supportive of anyone, how can you expect them to be with you?
If you have all the qualities mentioned above, then hell yeah, buddy you are on the right track! You have done everything correct. Nobody in this world is perfect.. you are unique, you are the best and there is no one like you on this planet. So what’s wrong in living for yourself, spending time with yourself and learning about yourself?
We may not be extravagant like others, we may not be rich, we may not go to posh restaurants and spend a lot of money, we may not have bikes to travel and we may not have too many friends. But we have those precious little moments with us where our heart skips a beat, where our soul smiles in eternal bliss, where we can hug our best friend and cry out loud and then kick his ass at the same time. Don’t you think all these are enough for our life? When we turn back we will have millions of little things.
Don’t you forget,
“It’s always the little things that make your life big.”
So from next time onwards enjoy the little things. Have an ice cream, watch a movie, pamper yourself and then pee into the wind in every which way
It doesn’t matter you are right or wrong just smile.
