So I was just thinking about losing a few pounds of weight, and then as most people do I resorted to internet for solution. And you know what did I find, dietary plans, exercising solutions and ways and what not.
So if you are wondering what did I actually do, let me guide you through the process. Firstly I was about to point out my dietary plan and come up with something very much healthy and second I wanted to at least work out for half an hour the weird thing is that I even took subscription for cure fit. So the day one, I really tried to avoid all the junk food and as for the exercising I really tried my best but I could only manage for 10 minutes. So to be pretty proud that I actually did a bit of a work on day one, I slept peacefully at night. On the next day, the muscles were sore, there was no motivation to even work out, and the diet plan?? Well forget about it I ordered 2 large pizza’s… Extra cheese.
So well the third day you don’t even have to ask what happened and so on and this remains my 2 minute motivation.
And hello this is not about strong willingness and all but it’s just enjoying the little things in your life..!
